1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website (9zero.pro) and the public Capital Call Sandbox at https://demo.9zero.pro, both operated by Mirex Technologies Ltd, registered in England and Wales. By using them you accept these terms. A FundOps subscription is governed by its order form and client agreement, not by these terms.

2. Information only

This website gives general information about FundOps. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax or regulatory advice, and it is not an offer to provide services. Summaries of regulation are for orientation only. FundOps is software: it is not a fund administrator, and it does not hold or move money.

3. The sandbox

• The sandbox is free and provided as is, for evaluation.
• Its outputs are watermarked drafts. Do not send them to investors or rely on them as notices.
• Upload only data you are entitled to use. If in doubt, use the sample data.
• Do not try to disrupt or overload the sandbox, or to gain unauthorised access to it or to our systems.

4. Intellectual property

The website, its content, and the FundOps name and logo belong to Mirex Technologies Ltd or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation of FundOps. Screenshots show demo data, not real funds or investors.

5. Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep this website accurate and to describe the product as it is on the date shown. We may change or suspend the website or the sandbox at any time.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or the sandbox, which are provided free of charge.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
