More funds per head, with every figure exact
FundOps is a tool for your team, not a replacement for it. The engine computes every LP’s figure, the drafting agent prepares the documents, and your people review and approve every send.
The margin problem
A $20M fund needs the same capital calls, the same LP notices, the same reconciliations and the same audit file as a fund ten times its size. The work does not shrink with the fund, but the fee does.
So the smallest mandates carry the thinnest margin, and each new fund adds manual work to the same team. FundOps moves that work from spreadsheets and document templates into an engine, so your team’s time goes on review and judgement.
The FSRA change and its date
Under the FSRA changes finalised on 16 September 2026, any administrator of an ADGM domestic fund run by a foreign fund manager must be FSRA-licensed, with existing managers given until 31 March 2027 to comply.
Each fund in scope still needs its capital calls, LP notices and audit trail done properly — at a cost that makes sense for the size of the fund.

What FundOps does for an administration team
More funds per head
Allocations and capital accounts come from the engine, and a draft is prepared for every LP. Your team checks and approves instead of building each document by hand.
Bilingual notices
Capital call notices and quarterly statements render in English or Arabic from the same figures, with the closing statement for DIFC, ADGM, Oman or the UK. See the Arabic output
A close pack prepared for your auditor
One zip per call: a cover with a deterministic computation statement, the allocations as CSV with masked wire references, the call’s audit trail as CSV, and every notice.
An audit trail of every action
Every action by a person, the drafting agent or the system is written to an append-only log with the actor and the time, and exports as CSV.
Approval stays with your team
No notice, letter or reminder reaches an LP without explicit approval. Approvals are recorded with the actor and a timestamp.
KYC checklists per LP
KYC/AML checklists versioned by jurisdiction, with a log of who verified each item and when. FundOps records your screening; it does not run it.
The close pack
The file you would otherwise assemble by hand at the end of every call.
- cover.pdf — call summary and a statement that every figure came from the integer allocation engine and sums to the call total exactly.
- allocations.csv — per-LP allocation, status and wire confirmation, with masked references only.
- audit-trail.csv — every event touching the call, from the append-only log.
- notices.pdf — every LP’s notice in one document.
How it fits your operation
A tool, not an administrator
FundOps holds no money and has no payment rails or bank connections. Wires go through the bank exactly as they do today.
Your own instance
Each client firm runs on its own single-tenant instance, deployed in a UK or EU region of its choice. Security and data handling
Your funds, your register
Set up each fund with its jurisdiction and currency — USD, GBP, EUR, AED, OMR or SAR — and import LPs from a CSV.
Priced per fund — we agree it with you
Tell us how many funds you administer and what the mandates look like, and we will propose a per-fund price. Published prices for managers are on the pricing page.
