What FundOps does today

Four workflows on one record: capital calls, quarterly LP reporting, documents and KYC, and the audit trail beneath them. Everything on this page is built. The screenshots come from the demo, with demo data.

Engine computes every figure, in integers, to the minor unit.

Agent drafts wording and suggests extracted fields. It never computes a number.

Your team approves every send. Nothing reaches an LP without it.

Capital calls

From LP register to closed call, with the money computed by the engine and every send approved.

  • LP register: add LPs one by one or import them from a CSV.
  • Calls as a percentage of commitments, with purpose lines and a due date.
  • Allocation in integer minor units with largest-remainder rounding: the per-LP amounts sum to the call total exactly. Allocations beyond an LP’s uncalled commitment are flagged.
  • A draft notice for every LP; review with a per-LP preview and approve individually or in bulk.
  • On send, each LP receives a PDF notice, a cover email and a private link that expires.
  • A tracking board with manual wire confirmation (masked references only), overdue flags and reminder drafts. Reminders are never sent automatically.
  • Closing a call writes the ledger entries and drafts a status summary.

Quarterly LP reporting

Performance multiples and capital accounts that tie back to the fund, with a letter drafted from your bullet points.

  • Structured intake: period, paid-in, NAV, distributions, fees, portfolio positions and your commentary bullets.
  • Engine-computed TVPI, DPI, RVPI and called %.
  • Per-LP capital accounts — beginning balance, contributions, share of gain or loss, distributions, ending balance — that sum exactly to NAV. Allocated pro rata on commitment in this version.
  • The quarterly letter is drafted from your bullets; missing data is flagged as [MISSING], never invented.
  • After approval, a PDF statement and letter for each LP, with a private link.
Quarterly report for Q2 2026 in the demo fund: TVPI 1.43×, DPI 0.14×, RVPI 1.29×, 35.00% called, NAV $9,000,000.00, paid-in $7,000,000.00, portfolio positions and GP commentary.

Document vault and KYC

Every LP’s documents and checks in one place, with a person confirming anything that changes the record.

  • A document vault per LP: upload PDFs by type; each file is fingerprinted with a SHA-256 hash.
  • Extraction suggestions with a confidence score and the source page. A person confirms or rejects each one before anything is written to the LP record.
  • KYC/AML checklists by jurisdiction template: identity, proof of address, source of funds, sanctions screening and PEP assessment. The UK template adds FATCA/CRS self-certification.
  • A verification log on every item: what was checked, by whom and when. FundOps records your screening; it does not run it.

Until encryption at rest ships for the vault, pilots run without identity documents. See Security.

Document vault for an LP: an uploaded subscription agreement with its SHA-256 fingerprint, and extracted fields such as legal name and commitment amount, each with a confidence score, a page reference and buttons to confirm or reject.
Extraction suggestions wait for a person to confirm or reject them.

Audit trail and close pack

A record you can hand to an auditor, built as the work happens.

  • Every action by a person, the drafting agent or the system is written to an append-only log with the actor and the time.
  • The log for each fund exports as CSV.
  • A close pack for every call, as one zip: cover.pdf with a deterministic computation statement, allocations.csv, audit-trail.csv and notices.pdf.
Audit timeline, newest first: the system marks Call #2 drafts complete and awaiting human approval; a person bulk-approves 18 notices and approves the call for sending; notices are then sent to each LP and the capital call is recorded in the ledger.
Audit timeline, newest first: drafts complete, a person approves, then each notice is sent and recorded.
Close pack cover for Call #1: total called $4,000,000.00 equals the sum of per-LP allocations across 18 LPs, 18 of 18 wires confirmed, and the deterministic computation statement.

The Capital Call Sandbox runs the same allocation engine on an LP register you upload. No account; your register is not stored.
