1. Who we are

Mirex Technologies Ltd (“we”, “us”) is a company registered in England and Wales. We operate this website (9zero.pro) and FundOps, including the public Capital Call Sandbox at https://demo.9zero.pro. For this website and the sandbox we are the controller of your personal data. You can contact us at aria@9zero.pro.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers this website, emails you send us, and the public sandbox. When a client uses FundOps for its own funds, we process that client’s data on its behalf, and the client agreement governs that processing.

3. This website

This website has no forms, sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider processes technical data — such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time — in server logs, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

4. Emails you send us

• What we keep: your name, email address, firm and role, and whatever you include in your message.
• Why: to reply, to send the overview or order form you asked for, and to manage any contract that follows.
• Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business, or steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract.
• How long: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract requires us to keep it longer.

5. The Capital Call Sandbox

• The LP register you upload is processed in memory to compute the allocation and draft notices, and is discarded with the request. It is not stored.
• If you ask for the PDF pack, we ask for your email address and keep a record of it together with the time, the number of LPs, the total and currency of the call, and the fact that it came from the sandbox. We use it to follow up on your request.
• The sandbox does not send your data to any AI model.
• Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in responding to your request and following up.
• How long: up to 12 months.

6. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We use service providers for website and sandbox hosting and for email; they process data only on our instructions. We may disclose data where the law requires it.

7. International transfers

Where a service provider processes personal data outside the UK, we rely on an appropriate safeguard, such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.

8. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for access to your personal data, and to correct, delete or restrict it, to object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to receive it in a portable form. Email aria@9zero.pro. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

9. Security

This website and the sandbox are served over TLS (HTTPS). How FundOps handles client data is described on the Security page.

10. Changes

We will publish any changes to this policy on this page, with a new date.
